CeCe lives in New York with her best friend Ravyn. They have a small apartment and menial jobs but they're happy. They both love music and going to concerts. Her life is perfect and she wouldn't change it for the world.
Suddenly though her world is rocked when at a concert she runs into a group of guys that she left behind in another life. Another time. When she wasn't CeCe but Cinder.
Somethings haven't changed but that doesn't mean the people haven't. She finds that boys she left behind are now men with demons just as real as her own. And that she still has feelings for one that are just as strong as the day she left him behind.
