The Way I Loved You
Prologue
‘’And I miss screaming and fighting and kissing in the rain…I’m so in love that I acted insane, and that’s the way I loved you…’’ I heard the song over & over again. Couldn’t things just go back to the way they were? Why does everything has to be so damn complicated?
‘’I love you’’ I still remember the first time he had said those 3 words to me. I was so surprised that I actually pinched myself to check if it was for real or I was daydreaming again (by the way, it did hurt so it ‘Was’ for real). ‘Was’ is the word I use to describe the time when I was actually ‘alive’, and by alive I mean ‘happy’.
Tears still blur my vision as I think of the time spent with him.
“Kelly” I heard my name being called. I didn’t want to move, I just wanted to lay awake in my room, curled up in a ball and cry all night…
