Johnny Seward loves his girlfriend Shayla. He would do anything for her. When she gets diagnosed with cancer he and the rest of the guys of Avenged Sevenfold are devastated. Shayla has been given a time limit on her life and Johnny wants to make sure she's as comfortable as possible. But what happens when she asks him for something she's always wanted to do?
