Status: Awkward 3 year hiatus is over. Probs lost all my readers. RIP. Comment or something if you want this ongoing :)

365 Days.

300.

I don’t know what day it is.
I don’t know what time it is.
I don’t know where I am.
All I know is that I feel good.

Too good.

The music vibrates in my ears,
the pulsing beat in rhythm with my heart.
Bodies push up against and around me,
bodies covered in sweat,
moving in the flashing neon lights,
bending,
twisting,
dancing.

The music pounds now,
louder,
stronger.
Someone’s breath is down my neck,
hot,
heavy,
quick.
Hands around my waist,
grip tight,
snug,
pulling close.

I don’t know how I got here,
I don’t know anything at all.
All I know is that I’ve run away tonight,
run away from my father,
run away from the cage that is my room,
the prison that is my house.

Run away to something so much more,
to some place where I feel free.

I put my arms up and back onto the shoulders of whoever holds me,
hips grinding back into theirs,
laughter escaping my lips as he murmurs something.
Something sweet and seductive.

I feel him take my hand now,
hear him say something else.

My movements are quick and just a little clumsy,
my heart is pounding,
but my thoughts are sluggish.

I nod.

We walk away from the dance floor,
off to the back rooms,
and I feel myself pushed against the wall.

His blonde hair is spiked up,
and briefly Chase flashes in my eyes.
I can’t control what I see though,
what I say,
what I do.
Not anymore.
I’m in a land of ecstasy,
under the drug’s control.

Shirts off,
pants down,
we get hot,
hot and sweaty.

The club’s music pounds away through the walls,
I can still feel its vibrations.

His hands are on me,
and there’s barely any air for me to breathe.
But I don’t mind,
I don’t care.

I leave the back rooms some minutes later,
pushing through more bodies,
feeling somewhat sick.

Somewhere on the way back,
I throw up on the side.

A drink is offered to me,
I take it blindly.

Within minutes I’m feeling good all over again.
I join the many other people,
jumping up and down to the pulse of the music,
hands up in the air.

The music wails a siren,
resumes to it’s pulsing beat.
It’s all so alien to my ears however,
as if I’m hearing it for the first time.
And somehow,
it’s all enhanced too.

I melt into the crowd,
body moving in sync with everyone else,
hair plastered to my face,
a little strand of purple on the top of my horizon.

I am so sorry guys, for being so slack and not updating for a /WHOLE MONTH/ D:
I've already got the next few chapters written up though (a muse came to me one night) and I'll be posting them each day (or second - depending on how many people managed to read them) so make sure you've caught up with a few.
And I know, the massive giant leap in time in the story but oh well >.< I needed it. Evie needed it.
See you soon! :D
