3. A Date With Lucas?
" Omigosh, people love Vera View." I say, as Lucas walks in with juice. He laughs.
" It is funny. Justin Bieber? Streaking? That's like career suicide." We sit near the computer laughing. I notice Lucas is staring at me.
" What's up?" I say, then everything slows down. I notice his gray eyes, his bronze hair. He was actually kinda cute. I look back at the comments.
" Have you been out? Like....around the city?" He asked. I shook my head.
" Do you....wanna?" I thought about it, then nodded. I went to my suitcase and picked out a off the shoulder shirt that said 'Hey! It's FЯED!' on it. Lucas cracked up, and I slipped some skinnies and converse on. Then, we were out the door.
" Downtown is right up the street." He said, us walking down the sidewalk.
" I know, Driving here was crazy." I tell him. He looked up. We made it. He was right, it was right down the street. Buildings were sky high. Little shops were around the buildings.
" Omigosh, Hollister! WE HAVE TO GO TO HOLLISTER!" I scream, pointing at the shop.
" Ok, ok." Lucas said. We cross the street and walked in the store. Instantly, people surrounded Lucas, trying to get autographs. I looked around while he did this.
" HEY VERA!" He yelled. He motioned me to come over.
" This is my camera girl, Vera. She actually started her new show, Vera View. I highly recommend it, it's hilarious." I smiled.
" I watched it. Justin Bieber streaking? Brilliant!" A person said. I smiled.
"Well, we have to go. Thanks people. New episode will be posted this week!" That's when we walked out.
" Wow, your a ladies man." I say. He laughs.
" All that talking made me hungry. How about sushi? My treat." I smiled as we walked in a Japanese spot. We took a seat.
" Omigosh. It's fun being your camera girl." I say. He smiles.
" It's fun having a camera girl." He said. I laughed. Our sushi came and it was delicious. When we were finished, Lucas looked at me.
" Consider this a date?" I smiled.
"Date." We walked out together, arm to arm.
