Harmonies

Ben had taken Lennox to the grocery store with him and left Arabella alone in the apartment. She had insisted on staying. The brunette was cleaning to keep her mind off the awful encounter of the morning. She had just finished washing the kitchen sink out when a knock came at the door.

The door swung open before she reached it and before her stood the boy that she was most fearful of. This time, in his eyes, the rage was clear along with an uncontrollable insanity. The rest of the events were undistinguishable as they happened so quickly. The only distinguishable sound that echoed throughout the apartment was the girl's cries for Benjamin.
