White It out Like Glittering Wax Butterflies

You Call My Name When I Wake Up.

Bert was eating a bowl of cereal when I walked into the kitchen.

"Mornin' sunshine!" He smiled.

"Morning Bert."

"You want some cereal?"

"No, not really." Sure, I haven't eaten in about two days, but I didn't want to take any of their food. I'm just weird like that.

"You sure?"

"Yes, I'm sure..."

Quinn tredged into the kitchen, looking slightly sad.

"You okay Quinn?" Bert asked with a little bit of concern in his voice.

"What?" Quinn looked up. "Oh... Yeah, I'm fine." He cracked a smile.

Bert raised his eyebrows. "Whatever you say..."

It continued to be quiet while Quinn started to make coffee.

"So," I asked. "What do you guys do for fun 'round her'?"

Bert looked up at the ceiling like he was thinking really hard about the question. "Um... Nothing."

"Are you serious?"

"Well, normally I'M with the women," -Yeah, I wanted to know THAT- "but today, I'm not with aaanyone but you, baby..."

"Nice thought, but I think I'll pass."

Bert made a fake pouting face.

"I said NO Bert..."

"Okay, okay, I get it..." He looked back up at the ceiling in thought. "We could... watch a bunch of movies..."

"Yeah, that sounds good."

"Really?"

"Yeah, really."

"Okay, I guess it's settled then. We're watching movies..." Bert took another bite of his cereal. "You should go wake up Jeph."

"Why?"

"'Cause he loves movies," Bert smiled.
