Running Rainbows

I was excited and nervous about the party that night. I was all dressed in a dress that had a pink top and the skirt was high waisted and white with pink flowered designs on it. I wore a short grey leather jacket over it, and silver sparkley peep toed heels. I also had on a thin necklace, a silver feather bracelet Josh gave me, and a chunky ring to complete the look. A piece of my hair was waterfall braided from the start of the side of my head, to the back of it, the rest of my hair cascaded down in loose curls. My makeup was light, my eyeliner somewhat wingerd. I even fretted over which perfume to wear, and finally decided on Dolce and Gabanna Light Blue. Suddenly Josh called up, "babe, you ready?" I grabbed my sparkly clutch and took one last look at myself before dashing down the stairs. Josh gasped when he saw me.

"Let's go."
