Bulletproof Heart

Frank Iero is a typical 15 year old boy. He loves playing his guitar, Pansy. He hates school, but so do most teenagers. He has his small circle of friends, that refuse to be ruled by society, but they are often labelled as 'Emo' or 'Fag'. Frank is gay, but barely anyone has the balls to actually bully him because even though he is a small 5"4, he is really tough. He has a hard exterior but, inside, he is as soft as a care bear.

Mikey Way is a typical 16 year old boy. He is known around school for being awkward and for having his poker face. Only his friends have seen him smile. And even then it was really rare, only if he was seriously happy. He is unsure of his sexuality. Mikey sometimes enjoyed school. He didn't get harrassed by the jocks and cheerleaders as much, which made his school life bearable.

These boys have 3 things in common: They are best friends. They are completely and irrevocably in love with each other. They are both too terrified to admit their feelings.
