She stood there frozen, eyes closed, hand on her chest wishing she could take those last seconds back. How could have she said the wrong name? How could have she said the wrong name while staring at the man she was going to marry? It's all a dream. Just a horrible dream. She opened her eyes hoping that it was a nightmare; 300 people were staring at her. Some with shock written all over their faces. Others with disgust and the other few were just blank.
What do you do in a situation like this? This was written for a made for TV movie. It would've been easier running out of church and never looking back. No one is ever taught what to do when you say the wrong name at the altar. Yeah, she should've learned from FRIENDS when Ross said Rachel's name but no one ever thinks that they'd utter that persons name again. Scanning the room, she meets eyes with the owner of the name. Tears rim her eyes while watching him get up and walk out of her life a 2nd time. This is all a dream
