The CrossRhodes of Life

I woke up the next morning feeling two arms wrapped around me. I turned over and say his baby blue eyes looking at me
T- "I'm sorry" he said caressing my cheek. I turned my face away and got out of bed slowly. My whole lower half of my body hurt like hell from last night. I felt Ted gently grab my hand and I felt like I was going to have a panic attack as he pulled me on top of him, wrapping his arms around my waist and I started to cry
M- "Ted please. Please don't" I begged but he cut me off by placing a finger over my lips
T- "Shhh it's okay. I'm sorry for what I did to you last night. It'll never happen again. I can't believe I did that to you. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me Kenzie" he said sincerly
M- "Ted you promised you would never put your hands on me. Just don't let it happen again or I'm done with you"
He kissed me softly, rolling me over onto my back with him on top. Then he slid his hands to my thighs, parting my legs and I winced in pain. He must have felt it too and stopped
T- "What's wrong?" he asked confused
M- "I'm..umm..still kinda sore"
T- "Ohhh..I'm sorry" he said, rolling off of me "Um why don't we go take a shower and go downstairs for breakfast?"
M- "Sure sounds great"
Ted's P.O.V
After we took a shower, we got dressed. I watched as Makenzie slid on a top with her back to me and I noticed she had a tattoo of a cupcake on her lower back and then a memory hit me. Yesterday morning when I was on my way downstairs to look for Makenzie and the elevator opened and I saw Matt holding her "See you later Cupcake" he said to her.How did he know about the tattoo on her lower back? Had she really slept with him? That was the only way he would know about it. Maybe that was a conversation for another time with Cody

I went to the bathroom to put on some makeup. I looked at my reflection and saw a purple bruise on my cheek where Ted had slapped me. I tried to cover it up with concealer the best I could. Then my eyes roamed over to my neck and then my arms and sure enough, there were dark bruises too, but they were worse than the one on my face. They were really dark and slightly raised above my skin and hurt when I touched them. Not to mention the one's on my torso, which I have no idea how they got there. I decided to borrow one of Ted's sweatshirts to cover up a little. We went downstairs and met up with Cody and Eve. As we walked, I saw Matt ahead of us, eating with Randy, Evan, and John Cena. When he saw me, a smile spread across his face. I smiled back and waved. Ted saw and took my hand a little too tight and kissed me full on the mouth right in front of Matt
M- "Was that called for Ted?"
T- "Remember what we talked about last night? I meant ever word I said. Now come on" he said leading me in the opposite direction of Matt. As we ate, Matt watched me from across the room. I looked at him when Ted wasn't looking and he made a texting signal and pointed to himself, telling me to text him. I nodded and searched in my purse for my phone then remembered I left it in the room. I excused myself and walked over in Matt's direction and looked over my shoulder to make sure Ted's back was still turned before I whispered
M- "In ten seconds follow me. My room number is 1315 on the fifth floor" I said walking away. When I got to the room, I found my phone and waited. Then my phone beeped and I saw I had a text from Matt:
Open the door Cupcake
I ran tand opened the door and jumped into Matt's arms
M- "Hey Matt"
MH- "Hey Cupcake. Why did you run away so fast?"
M- "Because I didn't want Ted to see me. Matt before I show you this, will you promise not to over react?"
MH- "I'm not making any promises but I'll try" he said raising an eyebrow
I pulled the sweatshirt over my head. Matt's eyes locked on the dark bruises on my stomach. He came closer and traced them with his finger, then made his way up to her arms, he neck, then her tear stained face
MH- "Makenzie..who did this to you?"
M- " He didn't mean to. He said he was sorry but... Matt I was so scared!"
MH- "What, are you trying to tell me Ted did this to you? Why?"
M- "The other day when he saw us hugging in the elevator. He told me I can't talk to you anymore and if he knew you were in here right now..." I said before he cut me off with a sweet kiss
MH- "Makenzie your so much better than this...I love you Kenzie. I always have" he said leaning in for another kiss but I turned away
M- "If you loved me so much why did you go out with Tiffaney?"
MH- "Because when I got back you were hanging around Christian and Tiffaney..she always had a crush on me but that didn't last long. It's always been you Makenzie and deep down, I know you feel the same way too" he said wiping my tears with his thumbs and kissed me again
M- "Matt...we..should go" I whispered against his lips
MH-" Shhh...Come with me" he said dead bolting and chaining the door then lead me into the bedroom. He laid me down gently with him on top and pulled my shirt over my head then his own. Then he kissed my torso, then my arms, then my neck. I realized he was kissing my bruises. When he was about to kiss my lips, my phone beeped.
MH- "Damn it" he said burying his face in my neck then climbed off of me.
I picked up my phone and saw I had a text from Ted:
Where are u? R u still looking 4 ur phone? Cody and I are going out so I'll c u at the arena
Matt came behind me and snaked his arms around my waist
MH- "Ted?" he asked kissing the side of my shoulder where I had a four leaf clover tattoo that said "Lucky" on it. I put it there because it was one of my hot spots. I moaned
M- "Yeah he's going out somewhere with Cody"
MH- "Perfect. Now where were we?"
I turned around to kiss him but was interrupted by a knock on the door "Damn it" we both muttered then laughed. I put the sweatshirt back on and went to open the door and it was Eve and Gail. "Shit" I swore to myself
G- "Hey Kenzie!"
E- "Hey girl"
M- "Umm hey guys" I said nervously
They looked past me at Matt then back at me, eyebrows raised
G- "Um Kenzie can we talk to you?"
E- "Yeah..outside?"
Matt came over behind me
MH- "Hey Gail, Eve"
G- "Hiya Matt"
E- "What's up Matt. Can we borrow Kenzie for a sec?"
G- "Yeah we'll be right back" she said pulling me out of the room and closing the door behind her. "Would you care to explain why Matt is in your room and shirtless?"
E- "Yeah what were you two doing in there?"
M- "Look, I'll explain later okay but for now, I gotta go"
E- "Okay but you better tell us"
M- "I promise. Now go" I said going back into the room. Matt was sitting on the couch watching TV. I sat next to him and he put his arms over my shoulder and I laid my head on his chest. He stroked my hair and I turned my head and looked up at him and he was looking right into my eyes then he kissed me softly on the lips. I kissed back and he licked my bottom lip, begging for entrance and I let him in. As we kissed, he put his hands behind my neck and pulled me closer. Then I climbed onto his lap with my legs at his waist. He picked me up and carried me to the bedroom and wasted no time pulling off my clothes and his. Then he pushed inside of me and I was loving it for the rest of the day. After he mad love to me for the I don't know I lost count time, he held me in his arms and I was laying across his chest, listening to the sound of his heart beat
M- "Wow...what just happened"
MH- "We just slept together" he said kissing my forehead. I looked over at the clock on the nightstand and it was almost eight. I sat up slowly
M- "We should get going" I said getting up to get dressed
MH- "Yeah your right" he said getting up grabbing his clothes
I slept with Matt and it was the best day of my life, but for some reason I got the feeling that once I left out of this room with him, things were going to get really hectic but I'll just have to face it
