Summer Mayhem: As told by Oliver
Alright, yes, it's true: Oliver Derry IS a part of the "infamous" Harken clan. His story begins on June 1st, 1993, three weeks after Penny, Michael and Stephen Harris moved in.
Penny Harris is mysterious and strange. She's cruel and furious for no conceivable reason. And she knows something about the death of his parents, stuff even HE didn't know about. She can't stand the way Oliver constantly analyzes her every move, as though she were some kind of puzzle for him to figure out. But he would never truly understand her, or what motivated her. He thought they were all the same, but he was wrong. Dead wrong.
Not long after the Harris kids arrive, conflicts arise and a war unlike any other breaks out in the Harken house. It's no ordinary war either; a prank war. The siblings quickly become divided, and as the summer drags on their battles become more and more dangerous, until one night changes everything...
