"Oh my god! You're on the Chicago Blackhawks?! Congratulations!" Brandi screamed and gave Jon a huge hug.
"Wait.. you two know each other?" I asked curiously as Brandi backed away from the hug.
"Yeah." Jon mumbled, "Yeah, we do." He repeated, this time clearer.
"Oh my god!" Brandi said again, "No way! You're kidding me. You made it!" She screamed again, then hugged him again.
Brandi's POV
"Uh, Brandi, right?" I heard from behind me. Thank god this person made themselves noticed because I was about to take off my shirt and change into a shirt with Jacob's hockey team's logo on it. I jumped slightly at the voice with my fingers playing at the hem of my shirt. I turned around to see a familiar looking guy lying down on the pile on blankets on my bedroom floor.
He smiled cheekily, "I don't think I really introduced myself. Jonathan Toews, thanks for-"
I couldn't help but let out a scream, "Jonathan Toews? Like.. Johnny. Little Johnny." I couldn't help but let out a little chuckle at the memory.
I watched as his eyes brightened as if he had just remembered. I didn't really notice when all the other guys entered my room but I sure did when Patrick asked, "What happened?"
"Oh my god! You're on the Chicago Blackhawks?! Congratulations!" I yell out, pouncing at him with a hug, "I knew you would make it." I whispered, more to myself than to Jon, as I squeezed his shoulders.
"Wait, you two know each other?" Patrick asked after I had retracted from the embrace.
"Yeah." Jon murmured, "Yeah, we do." He said as a smile curled onto his lips. I grinned back.
"I have to tell my parents! This is amazing! Oh my god! This is just.. no way!" I said, having no idea how to explain the excitement.
"Okay, can you explain this?" Patrick interjected, separating us and sitting in a little circle with us.
"Wait.. you two know each other?" I asked curiously as Brandi backed away from the hug.

okaaay, so the reason I'm updating it is cause I was haunted my patrick Kane all day today! When I went to the bank a huge poster of his was on the window of the hockey store next door, right next to Jordan Staal.I was able to grab a quick snapshot of his poster. I'll do Jordan next time. LOL.
Also Kane was the only Hawk that scored in their game yesterday so Hawk highlights were all him. And then this other Patrick Kane story (find it here) I just finished and now it's the only thing I can think about!
I THINK THIS IS A SIGN. I will marry Patrick Kane. Or Jonathan Toews. Or Tyler Seguin. Or Jordan Eberle. Or Taylor Hall. Either one of them. (;
