Skipping Stone.

The two woke up with their heads pounding and ears ringing. Parker heard the loud music playing from outside her bedroom. She rolled over on her stomach covering her head as she felt the body besides her doing the same. She peeked out from under her blanket to see Josh staring back at her. A look of confusion and embarrassment but she just gave him a smirk. The blanket was pulled just below her bare butt as the pillow was crushing the top of her head. She could see Josh staring at her body with the same lustful grin.

“You like what you see?”

Josh just gulped back before shaking his head with a cheeky grin on his lips. “You’re not one of those girls that get well embarrassed after sex, do you?”

“Is that what happened?”

“Parker”, he said with an un-amused look on his face.

“Josh”, she said mimicking his actions.

He gave her a warning look as the girl closed her eyes; she was hoping she could avoid this whole awkward conversation. She pulled her body up leaning against the backboard her chest exposed only making Josh’s eyes drop off to them. He licked his lips staring down at her beautifully shaped breast. Her erected nipples just begging to be sucked and licked, he closed his eyes trying his best to control the needs inside.

“Could you cover yourself up love; it’s rather hard to have a conversation with those things in my face.”

He just heard her chuckle before she reached over. He let his eyes open just in time to see her covering her body with his own shirt.

“Better?”

He bit down on his lip, she looked well fit in his shirt. He shook his head before sitting his own body up. He sat there in his bare, only making him feel self-conscious around this girl, the girl that looked absolutely perfect in just about everything.

“I suppose so”, he said reaching down to grab his own boxers from the ground. “So”, he said uncomfortable slipping them on as his blue eyes looked out to see her staring intensely, her eyes focusing on the slight bulge in the blanket. “This can’t be mentioned to anyone”, he finally shot out not daring to look in her eyes, afraid of the retaliation.

He was expecting a slap to his face, a yell or even a tear but much to his surprise he heard a soft chuckle leave her lips. He raised an eyebrow of confusion as he turned to the girl.

“Am I that terrible in bed?”

He rolled his eyes at the choice of words. “Oh come off, PJ”, he said with a chuckle. “You were complete shit”, he said as she nodded her head with a mock tear in her eye.

“I understand”, she said with a frown. “But at least I could tell my grandchildren how I fucked the lead singer of a shitty band.”

“Definitely a story to tell the kids”, he said with a nod looking at the girl with a smirk.

She nodded her head with the same smile. They sat there quietly for a few seconds, their minds going back to last night. Thinking back to the pleasure they both endured. Josh just thought of the way she rocked her hips into his and her tongue, that tongue, he couldn’t stop. He let out a shiver of delight. He looked over at Parker to see her sitting there deep into her own thoughts. He looked into her beautiful eyes to see the look of regret pass across them. He suddenly felt sick to his stomach.

“I want you to know Parker that this wasn’t my intentions when I called you yesterday.”

Her hazel eyes looked up to see his beautiful blue eyes staring back at her. “What do you mean?”

“You know, calling you to hang out. I didn’t expect to have sex or even thought of it. I just wanted to hang with my best mate.”

“Okay, Josh.”

“I just don’t want you to think I used you for sex.”

She let out a chuckle and that just made Josh even more confused. She looked over at him with a smile before placing her hand on his.

“Honestly, mate”, she said with a shrug. “You did use me for sex but it’s quite alright”, she said as Josh continue to stare at her in confusion. “Because I used you for sex”, she said as Josh raised his eyebrows with a look of shock. “Don’t feel too bad mate”, she said slapping his shoulder.

Josh watched as the girl stood up from the bed in just his shirt. He watched her bend down to pick up her pair of black underwear, his mouth watered at the sight. He let out a sigh as he watched the girl.

“I have work soon”, she said with a grin. “Don’t get offended when I say, you should probably go”, she said as he let out a chuckle getting out from the warmth of her bed.

He grabbed his jeans getting dressed as she pulled clothes out from her closet throwing it off on the bed. Josh stood there in just his jeans and shoes as he stared at the girl.

“Erm”, he said nervously with a cheeky grin.

Parker turned to him raising an eyebrow. He pointed in her direction, his finger pointing at the shirt on her body. She tilted her head a bit only to see Josh’s cheeky grin. She let out a laugh before she tore the shirt off from her body. She gave him a wide grin before throwing the shirt in his direction. Josh couldn’t move or look away from her shaking breast as the shirt landed on his shoulders.

“Cheers”, he said lifting the shirt up with a grin.

“Get the fuck out, Joshua”, she said with the matching grin on her face.

Josh just blew a kiss in her direction before pulling the shirt on his body and making his way out of her room. He shut the door behind him shaking his head in disbelief. As soon as he walked out into the living room, there Liz and Jace sat looking up at him with a knowing grin. He shook his head as he continued into the lion’s den.

“Good morning Joshua”, Liz’s voice ran with a grin.

“Morning”, he said with a nod of his head.

“How did you sleep?”

“I slept well, thanks.”

“Did you use protection?”

He rolled his eyes with a laugh as he continued on to his door. “Have a wonderful day, you two”, he said before walking out the door.

He shook his head in confusion until he realized he had no right home. He threw his head back as he ventured off to Parker’s car. He jumped on top of the trunk before he let out a loud laugh. What the fuck was he doing?”

“So you had sex with Mr. Boss man?”

Parker rolled her eyes as she grabbed the water bottle from the fridge. “Nope”, she said cracking it open. “We just laid there and talked about boys and did each other’s hair.”

“Don’t you mean did each other?”

She rolled her eyes at Liz comments before she saw Jace smirking over at her. “How was he?”

Parker thought back to that night, the blur of sexual conquest the two went through. The many positions and such, she shivered at the thought as a smile spread to her lips.

“That smile says it all girlfriend.”

She threw her middle finger into the air before walking out with the same smile on her face. As she reached her car, her heels clicking against the cement she noticed the boy sitting upon her car. She let out a laugh before shaking her head.

“Couldn’t get enough of me, Joshua?”

“I need a ride.”

She nodded her head before unlocking the door. “Get in”, she announced as Josh listened to her words.

The two sat there joking around and singing as though nothing had happened. Once outside Josh’s car, he turned to the girl with a smile.

“Come by after work, I have some sketches I need you to go over.”

She nodded her head. “See you later.”

He gave her a smile before leaning in and pressing his lips against her cheek. Parker gave him a smile as he jumped out of her car. She watched him walk away and she couldn’t help but to feel those jumpy bugs in the pit of her stomach. She tried her best to control them as she drove away. She parked her car at the familiar building before stomping up and in. She was in no mood for anyone as she made her way to her small cubicle sipping on her water as she went through the small list above. She tapped her ring against the table as she clicked her heels against the floor. The small shorts rising up as the stockings on her legs rolled down. She rolled her eyes before fixing them; bending down slightly letting her legs rest out.

“Those are cute.”

Parker’s eyes were met with a beautiful blond. She gave her a smile before nodding her head. “And on sale”, she said with a grin.

“Always a plus”, she spoke leaning her body against the small wall. “I always shop on the sale side of things.”

“I try to but sometimes I deserve to spend a little more on things.”

“I give in to temptation as well.”

Parker nodded her head with a laugh. “It’s like the devil, I tell you.”

“Fashion most certainty is.”

“But I love it”, she said with a smile. “I love everything about it. The clothes, the colors, the vibrancy, the love, the hate”, she said with a dreamy grin. “Everything”, she said as the girl nodded her head.

“Even the people?”

Parker chuckled before shrugging her shoulders. “I could deal with people”, she spoke in a low whisper. “I just can’t handle the false people.”

“What do you mean?”

“People that go into fashion for all the wrong reasons, the ones that contaminate the beauty with their greed and hurtful words”, she said as the girl nodded her head.

“What’s your name?”

“Parker”, she said putting out her hand slightly. “But a lot of people call me PJ”, she said with a shrug. “Terrible nickname, I know.”

The girl grabbed her hand softly shaking it, showing off the diamonds that sparkled from her perfectly manicured nails.

“You’re one of the interns, correct?”

“Afraid so”, she said with a shrug. “I’ve worked with a lot of companies, just a part of the design team but nothing stuck. I’m just looking for something perfect or at least a kick in the door to start something up myself.”

The girl smiled wide before nodding her head. “Meredith, how are you darling?”

Suddenly Parker became really nervous. She felt her throat close as Meredith gave her a smile before turning to the older woman. She turned back to Parker with a smile.

“We’ll talk later.”

Parker nodded her head with such nerves as she watched her walk away. She leaned back in her seat feeling her heart race. She picked up her phone without thinking she let her fingers press down. The ringing on the other end was driving her crazy.

“Hello”, the raspy voice said on the other end.

“Oh my god”, she exclaimed with excitement as she looked over at Meredith talking excitedly as she looked through the clothing.

“What’s going on?”

“I think I just made friends with one of the biggest PR woman in the world. My god Josh, she talked to me and I didn’t even know who the fuck she was. And she told me that we’ll talk later. Oh my god!” she yelled with excitement as Josh chuckle on the other end.

And then realization came over her. Why did she call Josh?
