The hidden darkened face of a woman spoke up angrily, "You told us you had no knowledge of where these Avengers were! You are not authorized to go against our orders."
Fury held his hand over the button that would end all conversations, "Must I remind you what happened the last time I went against your orders."
Another darkened face spoke up, this time a man, "Yes, it nearly destroyed New York."
"Yes, but did they not fulfill their purpose of capturing Loki and exterminating the Chitauri? Did they not save the future lives-"
"-But if you would have stablized the tesseract, none of this would have happened." The woman leaned forward.
Fury was fed up, "Again, my decision is final." He pressed the button and walked away, "Get me the Avengers."
