Ten Things I Love (to Hate) About You
Hailey is that girl that everyone thinks they know- the rebel child that goes against the grain and laughs as she does it. The one that no one can really say that she is their friend, but can fit in anywhere, just because her adventrous ways has made her a hero of sorts.
Mocan is the "Mr. Popular" of the school, and has always respected Hailey and given her a wide berth. he had his friends, and she didn't talk to him unless forced to, which was when they invited her to a party he was at or something. 'respecting eachothers turf ' is how she put it once.
That was all fine and dandy, until one night, on the way home from a party, she steps in front of his car. he brakes in time, but forces her in the car- and forces the story behind her suicide wish out of her.
realizing that there's something more then just skin deep going on here, he doesn't hesitate to try and help- unknowingly falling in love with her in the process.
