Today is our sixth month anniversary. There was something brewing in Jason’s mind but I wasn’t able to figure it out Jason was good wit his secret surprises for me. I have try'd to think of every possible thing it could be but nothing was adding up in becca's or my head so we just sat there in wonder of what this boy could possibly be up to.
Tomorrow would be my 18th birthday and mom had this party planned for the family Jason and I. I wasn’t sure what to look forward to because Jason said he had a hand in this and knowing him he would have gone over board with everything. All because that boy was in love with me. Everything was set for my big birthday and I couldn’t wait.
After 3rd period Jason caught up to me and asked if id meet him in the woods before lunch. Because he had something he wanted to talk to me about, I told him to meet me at the front door after class but he refused. He said it was important that I meet him there. I sat through class wondering what this boy had going on. I could hardly concentrate on the lesson that was going on in front of me my mind kept wondering to Jason and what he was out there doing in the woods.
After class I got really nervous and couldn’t help but run from the room and out the front door of the school seniors were aloud to have lunch off of campus so I didn’t get in trouble. When I got out there I saw Jason waiting for me at the edge of the trees with a giant smile on his yet beautiful face. He reached for my hand and told me to close my eyes and follow the sound of his voice into the woods. It was hard to hear him over the pounding of my heart in my head and the conversation I was having with myself that only I could hear.
“ He’s going to do it he’s going to ask you to marry him”
“No he’s not he couldn’t at least I don think he could.. Could he?”
We finally stopped and I could hear the water running I knew right where we were and he said “we have to go up behind the falls there’s something up there I want you to see.”
I followed him up and behind the falls. Sometime go the people who owned the park must have added the stairs that lead up behind the falls. When we got to the top I could hear our favorite song playing in the back ground from his I pod and I couldn’t help but cry, because he had set up a perfect picnic lunch with all our favorite things to eat. Next to a beautiful arrangement of candles were roses arranged in the shape of a heart. I couldn’t help but just cry, because everything was so perfect with him and I felt so imperfect around him but he wanted to be with me.
Jason lead me to the blanket he had set up and sat me down. He looked nervous and that was something I hadn’t seen before. “Snow I don’t know what to say other than I love you and you mean the world to me and being with you is unlike anything ive ever felt before and I never want it to end I want to be with you forever with you as my wife. So Silvia will you marry me ?” I just sat there for a moment in shock unsure what to do but just look at him and try to force a yes out of my mouth. ‘’ yes Jason I will marry you I wouldn’t have my life any other way I want to be with you till the day I die and even after then will love you forever and always.”
That had been the best school day ever but what was around the corner I was looking forward to. Jason and I got to my house somewhere around six and looked like everyone was already there. As soon as the door opened I could hear the clapping and cheering. Could everyone already know or where the just excited because it was my birthday. But sure enough everyone knew the good news that Jason and I were soon to be married and everyone couldn’t be more excited. “So this is what you and my mom have been up to ?” I asked him and all he did was flash that amazing smile of his.
As the days went on I couldn’t help but get happier and more enthusiastic about my future. I had decided to maid of honor. It was good to have her around because she was a huge help sp I wouldn’t stress about everything so much. We had found my dress and it was beautiful long black with hints of red in it. The flowers were going to be red roses and it was beautiful I just couldn’t wait to be married to my best friend and fiancée.
It was a week before the wedding and everything was almost finished all that was left was to check the guest list and make sure everything would run smoothly on my big day. It wasn’t the only big even coming up in our crazy life right now but after the wedding was graduation finally done with high scool.Things have been crazy with everyone running around doing their best to help with the wedding.
