Physical Therapy

(Roxy’s POV)

As we walked in I was a little nervous of how everyone was going to act towards Sarah.

“Everyone, this is Sarah” I said and decided I would go around the room introducing everyone “Sarah these are the guys, you know Jordan and Geno” I said and before I could get another word out Max walks right up to her and takes her hand “Be nice” I said to him

“I am always nice” he said and kissed her hand “I’m Max”

“Yeah, Roxy has told me about you” she said

“Oh, she talks about me?” he asked and smiled at me “What does she say?” turning back to Sarah.

“Just that you will try to put the moves on me, like you did with her when you met her” she said smiling and pulling her hand out of his “and that if I take you don right now in my heels you would love it” she said laughing

“I think I learned my lesson the first time, but give it your best shot” he said. She looked over at me and I nodded my head to go for it.

“I will go easy on you” she said and pinched his ear between her nails.

“OH MY GOD!! STOP THAT FUCKING HURTS!!” he said and was on his knees before anyone could tell what was happening.

She let go and said “I hope that teaches you not to mess with the Stone sisters” she said smiling and looking at me. with that she made her way around the room introducing herself to everyone. She was talking to Sidney when Geno made his way over to me.

“Guess what?” he said

“What?”

“I practice with the team today” he said smiling

“That is great!” I said “Would it be inappropriate for me to hug you?” I asked

“Maybe a little one” he said and I gave him a one armed hug

“We will talk later” I said “My office after practice?” I asked in a low voice.

“See you there” he said and walked off.

The rest of the time was spent with Sarah getting to know the guys better. By the end of her lunch hour everyone was laughing and having a great time.

“Well, I sadly have to go” she said and stood up from where she had been sitting for the past 20 minutes.

“No, don’t go” was what she got back from almost everyone.

“I have to get back to work. I wish I didn’t have to go either” she said and made her way to the door. “Roxy, will you walk me?” she asked and I knew she was going to be freaking out all the way up to her floor.

“Yeah, let’s go” I said “Boys, see you later” and with that we were out of the room and down the hallway.

“Oh my God” was all she said and I smiled

“I’m surprised you lasted that long” I said “I was ready for you to pull me out of there right after Max” I said

“Oh please I can handle myself when the time comes” she said “I can’t believe I met Sidney Crosby” she said in a dreamy voice

“Was it all you imagined it to be?” I asked

“Better, he is so nice and ever hotter in person. I didn’t think that was possible” she said smiling

“And how was everyone else?” I asked

“They were all really nice and funny” she said “I see why you love your job, you get to hang out with hot guys all day” she said smiling “And I am stuck in an office all day”

“Yeah sucks for you” I said smiling as we exited the elevator on her floor. “Well have a good rest of the day”

“Yeah right, like I can concentrate for the rest of the day” she said

“Yeah good luck with that, now I have to go work on hot guys for the rest of the day” I said smiling

“I hate you, you know that?” she asked

“Love you too” I said as I made my way back to the elevator. I made my way back to the locker room to grab Jordan to finish our workouts for the day. I just busted into the room and yelled “Hope everyone’s dressed” they just laughed and went on with their conversations. That was until Max asked me the questions I knew was coming, “Hey, is your sister single?” and with that everyone stopped what they were doing to hear my answer.

“Yes she is single” I said “but I doubt she would go out with you” said smiling at him.

“Why, what’s wrong with me?” he asked

“You have a reputation” I said

“A reputation?” he said

“Yeah, you’re not exactly ‘Mr. Relationship’s’” I said using air quotes

“I’m sorry I have a social life” he said raising his voice

“Having a social life is not a bad thing, but hooking up with a different girl every other night is” I said stepping up to him and we were almost chest to chest. “And that is not what my sister is looking for in a relationship, casual sex” I almost yelled

“I’m sorry we can’t all be Mr. Perfect” he said pointing to Sidney

“Don’t bring him into this” I said “Don’t pin your problems on him” I said and slapped his hand down.

“I will do whatever I want” he said and with that he kissed me. HE KISSED ME!! I was too shocked to move but I was pulled away. I was still shocked but was pushed back into reality when Geno punched Max in the face.

“Geno, STOP!” I said and put myself in between them.

“What the FUCK dude?!” Max said when he got off the ground

“You can’t kiss her” he said

“Why not?” Max asked

Geno looked at me with pleading eyes asking if he can tell them. I just sighed and nodded my head, with that Geno wrapped an arm around my waist and said “We together”

“What?” came from Max, whistles and cat calls came from everyone else.

“Yeah, we are together and have been for about a week” I said

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Fleury asked looking a little hurt and confused

“I didn’t want to be looked at differently” I said

“What do you mean?” Sidney asked

“What if someone came in here, got a job and started dating a player…wouldn’t you think they were a gold digger or got the job just to meet you guys” I said

“Ok, I see your point” Jordan said “But we don’t see you like that, do we?” he asked looking around the room. He got a lot of no’s and shaking of the head.

“Thanks guys” I said “But I still would like to keep this down low” I told them

“We won’t tell” Brent said “As long as you guys don’t make out in front of us” he said laughing.

“Ok, I can live with that” I said

“I can’t” Geno said and kissed me like his life depended on it. We got a lot of whistles and cat-calls for our PDA.

I pulled away “Ok, enough of that. It’s time for us to get back to work if you want to get back on the ice again” I said looking at Jordan

“Of course, let’s go” he said and dragged me from the locker room.

(Geno's POV)

When Jordan and Roxy left the room everyone’s eyes were on me in an instant.

“What?” I asked

“Why didn’t you tell us?” Duper asked

“She want no one to know” I said shrugging

"Did anyone know?" he asked

"Only Sarah and Kris" I said and everyone turned to look at him.

"What?" Kris asked "It wasn't for me to tell" he said shrugging

“She has already got you whipped!” TK said laughing and everyone joined in.

“So what if I am?” I asked “If dis whipped, I like it” with that everyone shut up

“At least tell me you have hit that?” Max asked

“We go out for week” I said

“So? I would have hit that the first night” he said and high fived TK

“Hey, that my girlfriend” I said “Don’t talk about her like that” I was getting angry at him again.

“Sorry man that is the last you will hear from me” he said and stuck his hand out for me to shake. We shook hands and we were over it.

“Thanks” I said and went back to my stall. Everyone went back to their own conversations which mostly centered on Sarah. I was happy everyone liked her but I couldn’t help but notice the spark between her and Sidney. With that I got ready for my first practice with the guys and I didn’t realize how much I missed it, until now.

Dan walked into the room as I put on my practice jersey and said “So Geno, you ready?” with that and yells from the guys, I nodded and got ready to get back on the ice, where I belonged.
