Thursday's Child

Five days after the funeral Taylor gets woken up by heavy sobs. He gets up from the sofa and goes into the bedroom to find Piper sitting up in bed, crying. With a light sigh, he climbs onto the bed and wraps his arms around her, allowing her to cry into his chest.

"He's gone," she blubbers and he just strokes her head in a comforting manner. There's no other words spoken as she cries her heart out.
