The next day while Kris was at practice, I called up Julia, missing my best friend.

" Sup, Whore?" My polite American answered.

I huffed, " Jules. Please. Manners?"

She grumbled over the line," Sorry. Lets try this again. Hello, Aury! Good morning! How are you?" She said.

I grinned," Thank you. I'm good. I'm missing you actually. Are you free? Can we have a girls day?"

She laughed a bit, " Sure. I'm free. You want me to come over now?"

I smiled, getting up off the couch and walking into the kitchen to pull out some orange juice, my new craving.
" Yes please. Oh! Can you stop and pick up some lemons? I want to make a Lemon-Meringue Pie today. "

" Okay. Be there in twenty. " she hung up.

I took the down time to pull out some DVDs from the movie rack. I grabbed some extra blankets and pillows to throw on the couch, and pulled on one of Kris' old sweaters from high school. It was big and comfy, and smelt just like him.

I went into the bathroom to brush my hair into a pony tail, and then stepped out back into the living room when the doorbell rang.

I skipped up to the entrance, throwing open the door and wrapping my arms around Julia.

" Aury. Babe. This isn't as comfortable with that rock hard beach ball under your shirt. " she grouched.

I pulled back, smiling sheepishly.

" Sorry. Come in. I pulled out some movies. Kris tells me they're classics."

Jules walked into the den, handing the bag of lemons off to me and going through the stack of DVDs.

I set the in the fridge and heard her laugh.

" Oh yes! These are great! Breakfast Club, Jurassic Park, Phantom of the Opera, Notebook, Madea Goes to Jail! Why does your husband have so many chick movies?"

I shrugged, coming to sit on the couch near her.

" I've never seen any of them. I didn't know they were. "

Julia spun around to stare at me wide eyed.
" You've- You- Ya never seen any of these?"

I shook my head.

She huffed, " You poor, unfortunate foreigner. You have so much to learn. We're starting with Madea. It's hilarious. "

I nodded, allowing her to put in the movie and I turned off the lights with the remote, and we began to watch the strange film.

We were halfway through our second movie, Phantom of the Opera, when my phone rang, and I answered, sobbing like a baby.

" H- Helloo?" I hiccuped.

" Aury- Hey- wait, are you crying? Cherie what's wrong?" Kris panicked.

" Why can't everyone just leave them alone? He just wants to be with herr!! Can't they see that! So what if his face is disfigured and cover with a mask, it doesn't mean he can't love!"

Jules snatched the phone away from me, " Hey Kris. It's Jules. Yeah sorry we're watching Phantom of the Opera and your sweetie here is all emotional. Don't worry. Uhm...no. It's girls day. Go hand out with the boys. Yes that's what I'm saying. Mhmmm. Bye Letang. " she hung up.

" I told kris to go hang out with the boys and keep himself occupied. He's not interrupting girls day. "

I nodded, wrapping my arms around her.
" Ok. I love you Jules. "

I could see her roll her eyes in the dark room.

" Love you too, Frenchie. "

KRIS POV

I hung up the phone and stated at the guys in shock, as we all finished getting dressed in the locker room after practice.

" I think I just got kicked out of my own house. ". I stated in shock.

Sid laughed, " What? What are you talking about?"

" You fuck up with something?" Gronk asked.

I shook my head, standing and stretching. I tossed my phone into my bag.

" No. I called to check up on Aury and she was all crying and hysterical, so Jules took over the phone and apparently they're having a girls day and watching movies and Aury was all emotional. " I explained.

" So you got kicked out so you won't Interrupt their movies and pedicures?" Flower laughed, shaking his head.

" Apparently. "

Cooke clapped me on the shoulder, "you'll get used to it. The mood swings. "

I shook my head, " I hope so. So...now that I have no house to go back to, anyone have plans?"

" Let's go back to my place" Sid suggested. " A little COD, some beers, Pizza. It'll be good. "

Many of the guys agreed, and I nodded.

Gotta have something to do, right?

AURY POV

I laughed at a line in Jurassic park, the man in the glasses was amusing.

" See what you missed out on? This is a classic! " Julia grinned, tossing popcorn at me.

I gasped, grabbing a handful and tossing it back.

We both got into a popcorn war, laughing hysterically.

Then I felt it.

I gasped, my hand snapping down to my stomach reflexively.

" What? Aury, are you alright? Shit, Aury?" Julia panicked.

I smiled, shaking my head.
" No. No. I'm fine. The baby kicked. Here feel"

I grabbed her hand and placed hit over the spot Luc previously hit.

He kicked again and she gasped, smiling.

" That..,that was awesome. Does it hurt?"

I shrugged, "sometimes, yeah. But I don't mind. He's just stretching." Then my hands smacked over my mouth.

" He?" She grinned, " It's a boy?"

" I wasn't suppose to tell you that!" I groaned, " Please don't tell anyone. Kris and I were going to announce it at Christmas in a few weeks. " I begged.

She nodded, pursing her lips, " Sure. Sure. I'll keep it quiet.. IF you tell me his name..." She bargained.

I sighed, debating, " His name is Luc. Luc Mario."

Her eyes softened, " Aury, that's precious. I take it he doesn't know?" She asked, referring to Mario.

I shook my head.

" He's been more of a father to me than my real one ever was, Jules. Even when i didn't deserve it. I feel I owe him this much. "

She nodded, and we turned back to the TV, and I jumped at the sight of a giant dinosaur running at the screen, roaring.

" Sacre Bleu!" I yelled, startled.

Julia chuckled, and I glared at her, "Shut up. You knew that was coming. I didn't. "

She smirked, crunching on her buttery popcorn.

I grinned.

I've missed her.

It was late that night when Kris came home. Julia had already left.

I still lay in bed awake, though, when he finally crawled into bed, wrapping his arms around me.

" You didn't have to wait up" he whispered into my ear.

I smelled the alcohol on his breath.

" You have fun with the boys?" I giggled, turning my head to look up at him.

He nodded slowly, probably in a drunken stupor.

He kissed his way down my neck, nibbling at my bare collarbone.

I still sleep naked. It's more comfortable. Don't judge.

I giggled at his actions.

Kris continued though, pushed the covers back and climbing over me, kissing my swollen breasts.

I moaned, his kisses soothing their tenderness.

Slowly he made his way down to my round stomach.

" Allo Luc. My son. I can't wait to see you. I already love you so much. " he whispered. I held back tears, running a hand through his silky hair.

Kris stripped off his clothes, climbing back up to me and we made love in the moonlight, relishing in the promises the future held.
