Date: The Day I Almost Gave Up
Ok, I was going to write about that later, but I have to start this entry by getting that off my chest.

So, here we go. Thinking back on it, you were gone for a while.

You walked back into the classroom and you were smiling... I'm not gonna go there.

I guess one of your friends noticed. "Ryan, what took you so long? And what's so funny?"

And who should open his giant, idiotic mouth but Mr. Travesty.

"Isn't it obvious?" he asked. "He was flirting."

I kept my head down, concentrating on my work as each and every last one of my friends turned to look at me.

Oh, shit.

Ok, maybe I'm fooling myself, but I could have sworn you'd smiled at me.

Needless to say, we didn't tell you that day, but I have just one question.

There had to have been someone behind that door to make you act that way.

If not me, who was it?
