Definitions and Rewriting
Ok, I'll be honest. I had to look the word up to make sure I was using it right. Serendipity, I mean. I was ashamed. I'd always prided myself on being able to spell and knowing the meaning of big words that most people didn't use. If I could spell "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious" without looking it up, then damn it, I should know the definition of serendipity!
I didn't.
Serendipity(se-rên-dip-ê-ti):
The occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way
For me serendipity was going to be the moment when everything fell into place.
This was the idea behind Serendipity's Diary. It was going to document the journey of finding myself, of finding my confidence. While it started as an actual diary, it ended as a collection of poems documenting my feelings in the moment. Every other exact memory I kept in my head. Now I have decided to rewrite everything, to rewrite Serendipity's Diary.
Everything will be found here, the poems, the ideas I didn't get to share, the things I should have said but didn't. I don't know who's reading this, but somehow I imagine this in Ryan's hands.
So Ryan, this is about you. It always has been, and it will be for a while. Ryan, this is for you. I can only hope that one day you and I find serendipity. Together.

Ok a few things: #1: The chapter titles... SUCK!!! #2: This one was REALLY BORING!!! I'm gonna write the next one soon so you don't get too bored. #3: Grammar help is appreciated. I'm usually pretty good about it but I'm transferring chapters from my phone and I'm making stupid mistakes. #4: Constructive (& destructive, if you think it will help) criticism and suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!
