My first step into Mystic Falls went unnoticed. Even for a small town where everyone knows everyone, they were all too preoccupied with their vampire drama to notice a stray like me wander into their town. I thought I might be able to lay low, fly under the radar... hide out. If everything that I had heard about Mystic Falls was true, there were so many deaths and kidnappings and missing persons and mystical occurrences that I hoped someone like me would hardly hold anyone’s attention.
