When a student dies because of bullying, Evelyn Doburt decides to catch the bully, a popular girl named Kate doing what she does best: hurting others. To do that though, she has to give up everything to be the kind of loser that a bully would pick on and video tape the event to make the it girl accountable for the life she has taken.
