She Loves Me Not
I don't know if I care.
"We're fighting all the time. This is out of line!" he shouted out of anger to his girlfriend who stared blankly at him as if she didn't care. "Sometimes you say you love me not." he continued. "I'm done, I can't do this anymore. I'm the jerk, life's not fair." he ended with that and walked away, head down, in anguish. She stood there, staring at a flower on the ground, still showing no emotion. She bent down to pick it up and began walking away. She plucked the petals off one by one, "I love him... I love him not..." she said under her breath. As she ripped the last petal off she yelled "I love him not!", threw the stem on the ground behind her and continued to walk away.
