After Dawn turns down Zack marriage proposal, Zack feels as if he is losing her. Dawn is told by the doctors that it's a life or death situation for her and their child. Dawn must choose to save herself or save a life she carries inside her. Zack, Dawn's family and close friends are heartbroken by her choice.
