Chapter 3
Briana's POV:
Cameron's birthday came up and I was planning a party for him. We hadn't decided if we were going to the party my mom invited us too. Desi and Joaquin told me I should go after everything that happened I just didn't want to be made s fool of.
"so are we going?" Cameron asked.
" I don't know." I said.
"I think we should go see how it goes and maybe you can finally resolve the relationship." Cameron said.
"I don't need to resolve anything. They are the ones that lied and almost got me sent to jail. I didn't do anything. yeah I fought back but she hit me first." I said.
" Yeah I know you don't go down with out a fight so yeah. but still come on that's your mom."
"she's my mom I know but if she really cared she should have just sent me off with my dad. when I was younger she would always bring guys home that steal lie cheat and would hurt me."
" like what?"
"They were just horrible guys that's it." I said.
"oh I think you should just see how it goes."
"Fine we'll go " I said.
We went to the party and My cousins were there I saw my family and told them hi. I really didn't want to be there but I had to put up with it.
"Hi Briana how's the kids?" Kayla asked.
"Hi they're good." I said.
" if you want I could tutor josh I've been tutoring Ronald and Ashley for a while."
"He doesn't need it. josh got bumped up to middle school." My sister said interrupting.
"Really?"Kayla asked
"Yeah." I said.
"That's really good." Kayla said.
"Yes it is his dad was really smart so it's not a surprise." I said.
"oh I didn't know you'd be here." Nina said.
"Yeah Well I'm leaving now so yeah." I said.
"Bye!"Nina said.
"Wait!" My sister said. I turned."thank you."
"for what?" I asked.
"I know you were the whole reason I was sent away." She said.
"I know it's hard to be separated from your kids and if ronald had them and you were like that you would never see them again."
"well thank you."
"Bye." I said walking out.
"wait where are you going?" my mom asked.
" I just really want to get back to the kids right now." I said.
"oh okay if you need any help I can help you."
"I'm good right now." I said
"Oh alright then can you come next month?"
"When is it?"
"May 13th I can't do it a Saturday."
"We can't make it that weekend."
"Oh why?"
"I have business in California."
"oh like What?"
"nothing." I said.
"we have a movie premier to go to." Cameron said.
"what movie?"
"Her movie." Nina said.
"oh the one you wrote?"
"Yeah."
"no The one she Wrote and is staring in."
"you're in a movie?"
"Yes I am." I said."well I have to go."
We got back and We had a call from a random number. I didn't know weather to answer it or not.
"just call it back." Cameron said.
I called the number back and it was for the movie."Hello?"
"Hi this Is Amy from the Ellen show she wants you and your costar to come and be on the show."
"Um I'm not really sure about that." I said.
"oh well can you do because we know you don't have a Agent."
"Um Yeah sure." I said.
"okay well tell us any time you're in California."
"okay alright bye." I said hanging up.
"Who was it?"Cameron asked.
"From the Ellen show."
"did you say yes I know you watch that show all the time."
"Yeah I said yes but I don't know because they want Shane to go to."
"oh okay."
The next day I woke up and started getting everything ready for the party. I was making food and the phone was ringing.
"hello Briana?"
"this is she." I said.
"Hi this is Amy again. we talked to Shane your costar and he's willing to come the day after the premier."
"oh okay the 16th?"
"yes."
"okay I can make it then." I said.
"okay good. we'll see you then bye."
"bye have a good day." I said hanging up.
"Who was that?" Desi asked.
"People from the Ellen show." I said.
"What!"
"Yes they want me to be on it with Shane."
"that's amazing."
"yeah I know."
"Hey! I'm here." Joaquin said.
Later everyone came and we were sitting there and Kate was handing me a drink. I took a sip and cameron took it away from me.
"Come on It was one sip." I said.
"NO!" I rolled my eyes and just walked inside.
