She Will Be Loved

But Somehow I Want More

"I want an apartment that doesn't have any bedrooms."

She scoffed at his statement as they pulled into a parking space. "What kind of an apartment has no bedroom?"

"The good kind."

"More like the kind for insomniacs." Alice retorted, unbuckling herself and getting off the car. "Really Edward, why can't you just trust Quinn?"

Edward looked over at Alice as they trudged up the pathway and walked into the complex. "Oh, I trust Quinn, Alice. It's her tutor that I'm skeptical about."

"Edward, if she couldn't handle him than she wouldn't have suggested going this far."

"We'll talk about this later," he muttered, opening the door to the manager's office for her like a gentleman.

The two siblings then gracefully entered and introduced themselves to the manager, Dalton. After inquiring Dalton about the "Now Renting" sign on the front of the property, Dalton inquired their age, seeing as they didn't look old enough to be renting their own flat. After reassuring him that they were of age, Dalton kindly showed them the premises and what it had to offer.

"We have two apartments currently available to rent." Dalton began. "There is one on the second floor with three beds and two bath, and one on this level with two beds and one bath. The first, naturally, has a quaint balcony and it is large enough to fit a few chairs and small table on it. Would you care to view that one first?"

"No, thank you," Edward started. "We're more interested in the one with fewer rooms on this level, seeing as it's only my sister and I, we'll only need two bedrooms."

Dalton nodded in understanding. "Very well, then. Please, follow me."

Dalton lead them down one of the hallways and stopped at apartment 105. After unlocking the door, he pushed it open and held it for Edward and Alice who thanked him graciously. Dalton flicked on the lights and it was then that they got a good look at the flat as Dalton began to show them around.

The white walls were spotless and the faint smell of paint made it clear that it was just recently redone. The floor was gray carpet and made their few steps feel light and comfortable even though they were wearing shoes. The living room was adjoined to the kitchen, though on the right side there was a wall large enough to serve as a divider between the two. All along the kitchen wall was a window which gave a clear view of the pool the apartment complex had for its tenants. To the left of the living room was a small hallway which led to the bathroom and two rooms. Each room was decent sized and both Alice and Edward found the flat to be quite charming in its own way.

As the three of them headed back towards the office, Edward spoke up.

"We'll take it."

"Pardon me?"

"We'll take the apartment, that is, if you're willing to let us rent it."

Dalton grinned and nodded vigorously. "I'll go on ahead and get the documents ready!" He said excitedly, rushing back to his office before them.

"I'm surprised that you didn't want to continue searching for an apartment that was lacking bedrooms," Alice mused, staring at Edward expectantly as she tried to hold back her usual grin.

"Well, when you think about it, we'd probably come up empty handed."

Alice shrugged before gracefully walking into the office with Edward to fill out the necessary papers.

Jacob drove through Forks with an uncontrollable grin residing on his lips. Beside him on the passenger seat were his books and a bouquet of fresh flowers he bought from a shop a few moments earlier. As he pulled into the parking lot of the apartment complex, he eagerly parked and strode into the tenement, heading for Quinn's flat.

Before knocking upon her door, he ran a hand through his hair and licked his lips as he let his knuckles scrape against the wood.

Quinn, who had been there for a few hours already, heard the few knocks upon the door and smiled. The fact that he was finally here, knowing that they would no longer be studying in that stuff ole library but rather in a more comfortable and homey environment, and that they would be alone was pretty exciting.

She rose from the white leather sofa – Alice had taken her furniture shopping and had bought furniture for the entire apartment, headed towards the door and unbolted it, opening it wide and seeing Jacob standing before her with a grin.

"Hey Quinn," He greeted, immediately offering her the assortment of flowers he had bought. "Here, these are for you."

Quinn beamed and hugged him. "They're gorgeous, thank you, but really, you didn't have to." She gushed, taking them delicately and walking towards the kitchen. "Please, come on in."

Jacob did so as soon as he received the green light and closed and locked the door once more.

"Make yourself comfortable while I get a vase for these, Jake." Quinn called from the kitchen as she shifted through the cabinets.

"Thanks," He replied, setting his books down upon the floor, flopping onto the sofa and watching a few commercials on the 36 inch Plasma that was donned upon the wall.

"What do you want to drink? I have Coke, Dr. Pepper, Kool Aid, water..." She looked at Jake, waiting for an answer.

"Water's fine," he insisted.

She nodded and retreated back into the kitchen, fetching a water bottle from the fridge and getting a Dr. Pepper for herself. She placed them onto a tray and got out a bag of tortilla chips and dip and placed them onto the tray as well before heading over.

"Wow," Jacob whistled as he saw how prepared she was with the food. "Were you just waiting to bring that out for me?" He smiled.

Quinn placed the tray onto the coffee table and sat down next to Jacob. "What kind of a host would I be if I wasn't prepared?"

Jacob shrugged. "I wouldn't have cared. Just spending time with you is enough for me."

Quinn couldn't help the blush that seeped into her cheeks and she immediately changed the subject by taking out her history books. "Okay, so... history." She sighed. "You ready to do this, tutor?"

"I think a better question is are you ready, tutee?"

"I think I can handle it."

"Oh, that's what they all say," He smirked.

"Okay," Quinn sighed, lying down on the carpet and getting comfy. "I honestly think that my brain isn't capable of doing anything for the remainder of the day."

Jacob smiled at her from his seat on the couch and went for the last of the chips, dunking them into the bean dip and stuffing them away in his mouth, a muffled crunch being heard as he chewed them before swallowing and washing them down with his third water bottle.

"Finished the chips?" Quinn questioned softly.

"Yeah, sorry about that," he chuckled, scratching the back of his head.

"Don't be, that's why I brought them out." She replied, getting up and taking the tray back into the kitchen, throwing the now empty bag away and putting the dip into the fridge.

As she reentered the living room, she plopped down onto the sofa besides Jacob. There was a silence between the two teenagers and they didn't mind it a bit. Being by one another was enough for them. There was no need to ruin it with words.

Jacob got comfortable and then raised his arm up and placed it around Quinn's shoulders. She was a little surprised by his action, but didn't mind it one bit. She thought it was sweet, caring, and she actually responded by scooting in a little closer, nestling herself into the side of his torso. Jacob was beyond words as she grew closer to him. He loved that she was accepting of his movements and it made him feel the imprint bond only grow stronger.

He was so lucky to have imprinted on someone like Quinn. She was perfect in every way, shape, and form in his eyes, and that would never change to him.

Quinn looked up at Jacob and let her blue eyes stare into his brown ones. The teenagers could only gaze into each other's orbs and the room began to become thick with tension. However, maybe tension wasn't the correct word to describe it. Perhaps anticipation would be a better choice. But... anticipation over what exactly?

Jacob was the one to lean in first, and seeing his movement, inspired Quinn to do the same. She no longer had control over her body, it simply moved on it's own, deciding to take matters into it's own hands and do what it desired the most.

Their lips were no more than a mere inch away when they both came to a halt. Both of their eyes were darting towards the other's lips, almost as if they were actually contemplating on whether or not if this was what they truly wanted, knowing that once they went down this long, alluring and preferable path, they would not be able to return to how they once were.

Jacob's and Quinn's conclusions were synonymous in thought... Yes.

Their lips connected slowly, both of them wanting their first kiss to be a passionate one to remember. Inside, Quinn could feel herself filling up with a warm emotion. As the emotion filled her chest, she was moved deeply, but by what she was unsure. After all, this was only a kiss, but even the few kisses she had shared with other men hadn't made her feel like this, like she was a half that had finally been made whole.

The arm that was around her pulled her with ease into Jacob's lap so that was she was snugly straddling him. Quickly pulling apart for air, the two teens gazed at one another, a shared glint in each of their eyes – hunger.

Reconnecting their lips, the two of them began to show the affection they had been storing away for the other. After all this time of tutoring and studying, they were finally letting their attachment to one another be made known through the passionate kiss they began.

Jacob's hands rested upon her hips and would pull her closer to him every time he felt her body leave his. Quinn's mind was fuzzy and she was sure that if she opened her eyes she was convinced that there would be nothing to see from her mind being in such a catastrophic, yet blissful state. His large, rugged hands went from her waist and to her thighs, feeling the bare skin her shorts allowed to be seen with fervor. At this, both Jacob and Quinn received goosebumps, the feeling of their skin brushing against the other was like nothing else in the world. Every time his fingers stroked and grazed her skin with the utmost care, it were as if waves of electricity were going through her skeleton and shocking her with currents of pleasure. And she craved more of it.

Quinn's hands fell from Jacob's shoulders, down his chest, back up again and around his neck to bring themselves closer together. Chills were sent down Jacob's spine as she did so with her delicate fingers, it made him growl lowly in his throat. He didn't like that she was practically taunting him, teasing him when she was so close.

Taking it up a level, Jacob pulled away and dove for her exposed neck, leaving no part untouched as he left a trail of kisses on her fair, smooth, and inviting skin. She lightly moaned as he made his way back up her neck and began to nibble as it graced his ears, wanting to get another rise from her.

Quinn crumbled in his hold and only fell apart more as his lips and teeth gently nipped at her flesh in the most teasing of ways. She was like putty in his hand. She was his for the taking. And just as easily as Quinn disintegrated by his lips, she was reconstructed when they reconnected with her own.

The kiss they shared was intoxicating. The kiss was like their oxygen now, and it was now a necessity. They didn't want to pull apart...

Jacob's phone began to buzz and alarm with it's ringtone. Jacob reached into his pocket and tossed the electronic in a random direction, never once pulling away or stopping their embrace.

Quinn was the one to regain consciousness. "Mmm," she pulled away from his lips with regret, though Jacob wasn't one to just quit so easily and so he once again dove for her neck. "Jake... Jake," She called softly, though her calls were perceived as moans and only egged Jacob on further. "Jacob, stop, you need to answer the call." She insisted.

After placing one final kiss on her neck, he sighed and placed her onto the sofa beside him as if she weighed nothing. He rose from the couch and picked up the cell from the carpet and sat back down, flipping it up and answering the call.

"Yeah?" He asked rather irritably.

Quinn drowned Jacob out with her racing thoughts, licking her lips as she could only replay the event in her mind over and over again. She had never felt that way in her entire life, the emotion and need for Jacob was mind blowing. They had only known each other for a little over a month and here she had feelings that seemed like they could rival that of a young married couple's. She couldn't possibly be in love with Jacob. She would never fall for someone so fast, or more like she couldn't.

Because in all actuality, who could fall in true love so quickly...?

Quinn was summoned back into reality by Jacob as he rose from the couch.

"Quinn, I'm sorry, but I've got to get heading back now." He said, looking at the clock which read six-thirty. "I've got to do some things for my dad. Run a few errands, you know?"

"Yeah, sure of course." She nodded, getting up from the sofa as well.

Jacob smiled at how understanding she was and began to gather his few things. Leading him to the door, Quinn forced a smile since she didn't want him to leave.

"Well, I'll text you later about when we should get together again." Jacob said. "Bye." He waved and began to walk down a few apartments and Quinn sighed to herself before closing the door.

Jacob, picking up her sigh with his sensitive hearing, stopped in his tracks and mentally scolded himself. How insensitive could he possibly be? They had just had a rather hot make out session and because Sam wanted him home to do his patrol shift he was just leaving so hastily? She must have felt so horrible...

I'm so damn dense,

He was sure if his pack brothers heard him say that and knew the situation they would be right there with him saying, "Yes, you are."

Jacob turned on a dime and headed back towards her flat, knocking upon the door quickly and waiting for her to answer it. Quinn, who was already in the kitchen cleaning up, heard the knock and looked at the door in confusion before walking over to it and opening it cautiously.

"Hey, sorry Quinn," Jacob began. "But I forgot something." With that he swooped down and let their lips give a final goodbye to each other, savoring her taste as she did the same. Pulling away, Jacob smirked and Quinn blushed. "There we go. Goodnight, Quinn."

"G-g-goodnight, Jake." She stammered, only causing herself further embarrassment.

Jacob waved as he walked away and left Quinn in a daze until he was completely out of sight. Shaking her head, she closed the door and mumbled to herself about how stupid she must have looked and sounded by tripping over her own words and blushing redder than a tomato.

From outside the apartment, a familiar blonde smirked as she stared at the picture she had taken of the two teens in the tight lip-lock. "I've got you now, bitch." Ellie giggled, soon heading off to her own apartment.

Edward drove his silver Volvo towards the apartment complex. He was looking for Quinn who had yet to come home from her study session with her tutor. He got out of his car as soon as it was put into park and walked with haste into the tenement and towards the apartment. Unlocking the door and stepping inside, he flicked on the lights.

"Quinn?" He called out.

There was no response and so he went down the short hallway and checked the rooms, soon finding her in the last one. She was sprawled atop the bed in her clothes, lightly snoring as she dozed. Edward smiled and could feel all the worry and anxiety leave him as he approached her sleeping figure, tucking her in gently. Taking a piece of paper from her notebook, he wrote down a note saying that she should at least let them know where she is before she crashes in the apartment and that he'd have Alice choose and bring some clothes for her tomorrow since it was a school day. He quietly wished her a goodnight and kissed her temple before leaving the room and ultimately locking the apartment door.

As he stuffed his keys away, he sniffed the air, crumpling up his nose as he thought he smelled the familiar, ungodly smell of wet dog. He shook his head and left the complex. There was just no way.

I must be imagining things. There's no need for one of those dogs to be over here in this area.

Quinn's Outfit.

Hey, I got another update out. That was relatively fast, now wasn't it? Well, it turns out that I got kinda motivated to update again since I got some more comments on this story and even a few more recommendations. I even outlined the rest of the story since I was so inspired. So that means, whenever I have free time, I'll get to write up some stuff and not have to worry about writer's block. And I can tell you right now that there'll definitely be a sequel to this story. (;

Just to let you know, the three online classes that started this weekend are already stressing me out. As I typed this chapter, I was supposed to be reading three introductions from three different books, along with two of their chapters, a lot of online articles and on Saturday I even wrote an essay (if you can call it that since it only required 300 words). Not only that, but I wasn't feeling good and even (squeamish people don't read) threw up when I was writing Jacob and Quinn's intimate moment. Now that I think about it, it's pretty funny... but not really. ;P

And to think I actually have to GO to classes tomorrow, oh joy. I don't even have anything ready. What a model student I am. *facepalm*
