Chapter Sixteen
ALEX’S POV
Okay, I know what I did was wrong. To kind of confess my love for Nicole in front of everybody like that was stupid. But it’s not my fault that I can’t hide my feelings. I texted her to meet me outside but she didn’t text me back, but I went outside to see if she was out there anyway, and to my luck she was.
As I walked out the door to talk to her, she had her head against the brick wall with her back facing me.
“Hi”
She jumped back. “Shit, you scared me”
“Sorry. So um, did you like the song? I uh wrote it for you…” I said rubbing the back of my head.
“Alex. It was a beautiful song” I smiled, happy that she likes it. “But what the fuck?”
“What?” I said confused, even though I know what she met.
“Are you really asking “what”? Come on, Alex. That was uncalled for! Fucking confessing your love
for me in front of your audience AND IT FRONT OF JACK?! ARE YOU STUPID?”
“Look, I’m sorry but I love you. I know that it’s a long shot for you to even give me a chance. But have you ever thought about us? “
“Oh my god. Alex, of course I love you. You should know that. You’ve been my best friend for almost 10 years. But I don’t love you that way? Im sorry, but you know I’m in love with Jack.” When she said that my heart literally hurt. I mean, I knew that she was going to say that. But I hoped she would love me back.
This time I wouldn’t take no for an answer. I went up to her and softly pinned her against the wall.
“Listen, I’ve never loved anyone like I’ve loved you before.” I said picking her chin up so she can look me in the eye. “Just please, give me a chance. This is killing me”
“Alex, I cant. I cant love you like that. ” and that’s all she said. But I knew in me, I couldn’t let this go. Fuck.
“Nicole, just think about it” and right after as I was about to kiss her the back door slammed open.
“WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!”
It was Jack.
“I uh. Um. Shit” I said.
I looked over at Nicole and she already had tears in her eyes. This was my entire fault.
Jack speaking to Nicole now “I saw you walk outside after our new song, so after the set I came looking for you, and you’re out here hooking up with my best friend”
Nicole just stood there not knowing what to say.
“Dude, its not wh-“ I was cut off
“AND YOU! You’re supposed to be my best friend, and you’re out here making out with MY girlfriend?
When were you gonna tell me that you were in love with. What the fuck dude?”
I honestly didn’t know what to say.
“Jack” Nicole ran up to him. “I swear, we weren’t kissing. You know I love you”. By now she had tears running down her cheeks.
“Save it. I don’t want to fucking hear it. Fuck you both” and with that he left and slammed the door behind him.

Im back! I've had a couple people asking if I could post back on here because it was easier for them then reading on Tumblr cause they didn't have one.I have about 4 chapters done after this so i'll post one a day.
I seriously love this story and all the feedback i've gotten makes me so happy I decided to write this. I think I might make a sequel but i'm not sure yet. This story isn't close to being finished so I still have time to decide. Do you guys want a sequel?
