Strange awakingings chapter 1
Ashley’s pov.
Dear diary, March 11
Today a strange boy named Derek came to my class. He has dark brown/red hair and blue eyes. He is also very, very pale. My teacher, Mr. Monroe, said for me to help him and get him situated in the academy dorm. I don’t know how to deal with him though, at least he isn’t to loud or arrogant.
"Ms. Anderson please pay attention to our class instead of passing notes." says Mr. Monroe. My face turns a shade of crimson as i put away my diary. "Ashley what is the answer to the problem on the board? 12+78/ (9*7)-73/16=?" "Um... is it -0.1875?" “Yes Ms. Anderson now please stay a part of class" Then the bell rings, and i meet up with Derek to show him to his next class. It's Biology just the same as mine, oh joy.
Derek's pov.
When I first arrived in my first hour Mr. Monroe, which is math, i'm paired up with a girl that has fair skin but not as pale as mine. I think her name is Annie, or is it Ashly? Anyway, she also has curly blonde hair and light green eyes, I had to say she is sorta cute, but I cant get close to her because I might hurt her......
Back to Ashly's pov.
Derek pretty much ignored me the whole way, why should I care anyway, it's not like we are bffs or something. "ow." I was thinking and without looking where i was going i bumped into one of the lockers and scratched my hand. "That hurt. I should be more careful next time shouldnt i De-" I look over to him to find that he was gone. oh well i guess he headed off to the science lab. I look at my hand again to see that it is bleeding. " I need to go to the nurse to get a bandage......"
Derek's pov again yayz!
I should be more careful. I saw her blood and started getting queasy. I don't think i should be around her anymore. I almost hurt her and I cant hurt anyone ever again.....
