So this i set in the time of the Goblet of Fire.

With Beauxbatons and the Durmstrangs transferring to Hogwarts for a year many new friendships would arise. But this story follows a particular friendship of George Weasley and Acacia Kendall, a Hogwarts student and a Beauxbatons student.
