A Little Piece Of Heaven

I woke up in unfamiliar arms. My eyes silently flickered open to reveal Johnny with his rams wrapped around me protectively.

So this only justifies that my dream was actually reality. Jimmy was gone and Johnny, the guy who hurt me so much in the past was here doing what Jimmy would usually do when me and Johnny would fight.

“Tay, you awake.” Why is he calling me that.

Jimmy was the only one who called me that.

“Yeah, sorry.” I said as I made my way of him.

All he did was stare at me as if he did something wrong.
Oh Johnny.

“Shouldn’t you be getting back to the guys, they’re probably looking for you.” I said quietly.

“They actually sent me here, to get you, we all miss you. All Jimmy would say was to me was to take care of you. Even though I’m probably the last person you want to see.” He lowered his head, his light brown eyes darkening as he did so.

So he remembered.

He remembered the miscarriage.

“Oh, right. Don’t worry about me though. I’m fine. I suppose I’ll come for a bit so.” I smiled weakly
He slowly lifted his head. I saw a slight glimmer of hope in his eye.

And it scared me.
I wasn’t going dressing up for anyone. I didn’t care. So I threw on an old A7X jumper that Jimmy gave me and some black skinnies and black converse.
I put my hair in a loose ponytail and applied some eyeliner.

I came back out to the sitting room to see Johnny looking at my photographs.

“I can’t believe you kept this.” He said as he pointed to the picture of him and I back in high school.
When things were good.

“Yeah, that was a fun day.” I smiled back.

“Yeah, right we should head to Matt’s place.” he smiled.

“Yeah.”

The drive to Matt’s house wasn’t long. I still lived in Huntington, I just never told them where I actually lived. Jimmy was the only one who knew.

“And welcome to Matt’s.” Johnny said as we pulled up.
I got out the car and followed Johnny. I felt so out of place.

“Look who I finally found.” Johnny said as he stepped aside to reveal me.

Zack, Brain and Matt just looked completely dumbfounded. Like they had seen a ghost. Gena, Val, Michelle and Lena on the other hand rush toward me like a pack of wolves.

“Woah, hey, can’t breathe.” I smiled.

“Taylor…It’s actually you. I’ve missed you soo much.” Gena smiled. One single tear flowing from her eye. I took my hand and wiped it away.

“Hey now, don’t cry over me, I’ve been fine, Jimmy took care of me, he found me and got me sorted. And I’ve missed you all, Yes Brain that even goes for you.” I said as I walked over to they guys.

“I see you’ve been keeping tabs on us.” Brian pointed to my jumper.

“Ah yeah, Jimmy gave me this awhile back.” I smiled.

“I miss him.” I said, tears of the verge of falling.

“We all do.” Johnny said as his protective arms wrapped themselves around me one more time.
