I've Been Holding My Breath for You

The next few days went by pretty fast I hung with the boys around the venue and watched perform and even the other bands every night and I got to know the other bands pretty well. Today we were in Joliet the guys including Quenton and Bobby kept calling it Chicago I have no idea how many times I corrected them and they still didn't listen. We got to the venue early and I didn't want to wait in the bus all day so when Devin wanted some starbucks I wasted no time and volunterring myself to go with him and Bobby. It was cold but the it didn't bother me as long as it didn't snow. We walked around the venue for what seemed like hours having no luck there was no line outside the door just yet. About an hour later and devin digging out his iphone and opening up the Yelp app he found one just three blocks down the road. When we got out of the bus there was kids in line freezing cold I felt so bad but I have been in there shoes we walked to the Starbucks and I got a white chocolate mocha and Devin go the same thing while Bobby got a cafe latte. When we got back to the venue Devin got stopped and kids asking for pictures and autographs he had a little cold but he still did it while I held his coffee and took the pictures and some kids wanted pictures with Bobby. We walked back to the bus so the guys can go inside for the meet & greet at five o'clock Zach reached his arm out to my drink I gave it to him and he almost drank the whole thing
"Zach I'm freezing my ass off. No way are you drinking all of this!" I exclaimed.
"Oh my baby is cold" he said putting his around my shoulders pulling me in for a tight hug and keeping me warm. The guys and I walked off the bus and into the venue where there were even more kids waiting in line all the girls yelled at Devin and Zach; Brent and I walked in last and my arm was over his shoulder as he told me a joke. The venue wasn't small and it wasn't big the stage was really tall though and the stage was kind of small. It was lit dark and had red walls along with a balcony and a bar at the back. I walked in and right behind me were a few meet & greet kids watching the soudcheck and and got to meet I See Stars they were really excited when they walked in. When the band started palying I could barely hear Zach I was by the sound guy who asked what I thought
"Zach I can barely hear you!" I yelled.
"Madison are you a sound engineer?" he yelled back.
"Are you?"
"Can you turn my microphone up?" he asked the sound guy.
"That's what I thought"
"I love you babe!"
I held a heart with my hands and continued listening to them play and kids were strating to mosh when there was just ten of them. When the sound check was over I stood by a poll until Zach came over to me and I had Sharpies for them to sign kids shirts, posters, arm, etc
"You guys did great!" I said.
"That wasn't even the show" Brent said.
"I know but still"
"You are so weird" Zach said.
All the kids were over on one side of the room until Devin walked over there and said
"Hey guys! Whats going on tonight?"
"Great! How are you?" same replied back. Other to nervous to speak. When the meet & greet was over the rest of the guys went back to the bus while I stayed at the merch table and sat on a chair and watched the kids pile in making their way to the front of the stage. All the bands played and finally it was I See Stars turn to perform and the kids went crazy forming a mosh circle in the middle of the floor and Devin requested a wall of death and the kids happily did. At the end of the show jeff, Jimmy and Brent stood by the merch table and took pictures with kids and sign stuff and thats when a girl cameup to jimmy and interacted like old friends seeing each other for the first time in years and she did the same with Jeff. I went back to the bus to where Devin and Zach were chatting and already drinking. Followed closely behind me was Jimmy, jeff, Brent and the girl jimmy was talking to
"Madison this is Kira" Jimmy intoduced the tall brown eyed girl to me.
"Hello!" I walked over to shook her hand.
"Hey!" she said back.
"Are you gunna party with us tonight? It would be awesome to have another girl on the bus"
"As long as it is ok with the guys"
"I'm sure it's fine"
"Ok then yes!" I could tell Kira and I would get along great she lived in Wisconsin which isn't to far from Detroit. When the night was over I wawasted along with Zach and rest of the guys on the I See Stars bus. Kira and I had exchanged numbers and I planned to text her everyday on tour. I wasn't too sure if Kira was ok to drive back to her home okay but she me and the rest of the guys that she only had a few drinks and was okay. I didn't agree I let her go after we said our goodbyes and I climbed onto the bus and into my bunk a few minutes later I felt a arm over my waist. While I tried to sleep Zach tried to roll me over so we could have sex I told him I was to tired to do anything and he was completely wasted. I knew wasted zach would want angry sex and I did not want that right now since I was still drunk.
"Zach stop! I don't wanna have sex right now" I yelled.
"Ok baby no need to yell" he responded.
"I'm sorry I'm still drunk and don't feel good"
"I can make you fell better"
"You are. Just hold me"
I buried my face into his chest while he wrapped his arms around neck and held me close. When I was about to fall asleep I got a spliting headache Ijumped up waking up Zach and went straight for my water and some Advil
"You ok hun?" he asked.
"No. I have a spilting headache" I replied.
"Ok let me go get you some Advil"
"Thank you" He came back to bed and gave me a kiss on the lips I took my pill and feel asleep with Zach around my waist.
