You don't believe in love, fairytales, or us,
Happy ending doesn't have to end with a kiss.
Marriage, a house, and kids were never on your list.
And yet when I met you, I knew that you had to be with me.
I see a future with us. House with a picket fence--
--It's white, of course--with a treehouse in the back.
A little me and a little you running around in the yard
Chasing a little golden retriever, it makes me wonder,
"Why aren't you seeing the same?"

Originally, I wanted to write this from a guy's point of view but then heck, I thought.. maybe it would apply to just everyone.Wrote this during graveyard shift - sleep deprivation does wonders to one's inspiration. WCBF's next chapter is ALMOST done. Exciting~
