How It All Started
Chapter 1
"Come on Evans! Just one date!" begged James Potter.
He was now on his knees in front of Lily Evans.
"No," she said sternly.
"WHY?!" he shouted, sounding frustrated.
"For one, you are ALWAYS shooting hexes at ... Other people," she started, choosing not to mention Severus Snape, he DID call her a mudblood.
"If I stop will you go out with me?" he asked.
She could hear hope in his tone of voice.
"No! There are plenty of things I can still list anyway!" she replied defiantly.
"I bet you can't name another one," he teased.
Lily hesitated.
"Leave me alone Potter, I've got classes," she snapped.
She could hear him laugh as she walked away. "I told you so!"
