Forever seems like Never
The Park
I had to get him away from Ashley, Ash was being too friendly and I don’t want Jake to know I’m talking to him again. Ashley may be bigger but god Jake would take a sumo wrestler for me. Its sweet and all but I don’t want either of them to get hurt.
“Andy, why was Ashley talking to you?”
“Oh uh, we have to do a paper together in class…”
“Okay, but why is he being buddy buddy with you”
“I dunno” I said starting my car and driving home
-Le time lapse-
“Mom, Dad I’m home! And Jake is with me” I just got a ok from my dad before me and Jake went upstairs
“So what about those cookies?” Jake asked looking at me laughing
“I saw we get some from the store then go to the park and meet up with the guys”
“Sounds like a plan, walking since it’s like a 5 minute walk?”
“Sure, why not!” I said jumping up and grabbing money “let’s go, you text Jinxx I text CC”
-Texting-
*Hey C, meet me and Jake at the park?*
*sure, Jinxx too?*
*If he can come ya, Jake is texting him*
*okay, see you soon!*
“Alright CC is on his way”
“so is jinxx”
“Cool, now for the cookies!” Jake and I just talked the whole way there, really talked about nothing but I was also texting Ashley…
*Andy?*
*ya, who’s this?* I had deleted his number a bit back
*Ashley, hi :)*
*Oh, well hi there :) what are you up to?*
*Just at the park with my friend how about you?* shit.
*getting cookies*
And well the rest was just mindless chatter and me freaking out on the inside knowing
exactly which park he is at
“Andy!”
“C!” we Ran up to each other and hugged but Jinxx is ‘too cool’ to do the attack hug thing so
we just yell each other’s names and laugh
“Why did you get cookies?” Jinxx asked me
“why didn’t you get cookies?”
“Touché” We all laughed
There was one cookie left a few minutes later
“That’s mine!” We all said at once but I grabbed it and ran
“Get back here!” I looked back to see CC running after me laughing in the huge open grass
area and eventually tackling me
“HAH! I already ate it” I saw under CC
“Mother fucker! That was supposed to be mine”
“Run faster next time”
“Next time I’m getting it before you” He said getting up but I sat there looking back at the bench
“I’m not getting up” I said
“Why not?”
“I’m lazy, they can come over here”
CC looks over at them then at me then sits next to me
“Good Idea” CC started looking around
“Dude, is that Ashley walking to us?”
I turned around and sure enough he was walking straight towards me.
“Andy, why was Ashley talking to you?”
“Oh uh, we have to do a paper together in class…”
