A History of Repitition

A solar flare causes all the people that are outside or in view of a window to be caused to turn into crisps. But when someone that was not turned into a crisps drags the person out of sight of the window, they are turned into bloodthirsty beasts. They are also able to go out into the sunlight perfectly fine without anything happening to them and all the vampires form a pact to take over the world especially since they believe that there are no original humans on the earth any more.
