The Princess of Arkham

Andromeda is someone nobody expects. She's been locked up in Arkham Asylum since she was eight when they diagnosed her with paranoid schizophrenia and dissociative identity disorder.

Dr. Crane is in league with the Joker. He tells Joker about Andromeda.

Joker has to choose between falling in love with Andromeda or losing her to someone unexpected while he destroys Gotham.
