Light Up My World

“#niallhoran should just quit singing.”

“#niallhoran is ugly.”

I read the horrible comments on twitter. How could people be so mean? What did I ever do to them? I always said how much I love fans and appreciated them. I just didn't understand it.

I didn't know I was crying until I felt a pair of strong arms around me. It was Liam. I could tell by the smell of his cologne.

“Babe, what's wrong,” he asked softly as he brushed my hair out of my face. I couldn't stop crying. I just wanted to stop.

“T-twitter,” I sobbed and handed Liam the phone.

I felt his grip around me get tighter and he slammed the phone down.

“Niall, don't pay any attention to them. They have no idea who you are.” Liam tried to explain.

“But I –,” I tried to start but got interrupted.

“No, you are amazing. I love you and everything you do. I love the way you laugh at basically everything, and how your eyes light up when anyone mentions food or nandos and how you are so loving,” Liam finished, and I couldn't help but let a smile grace my lips.

“I love you too, “ I said as I pressed my lips against Liam's.
