This is a Mike Hranica prequel/spin off of the We Came As Romans story I have up and running. You don't have to read that to follow this one, but if you have read it the ending is kind of shot for you.

ALSO I can not stress enough that the way Karee is portrayed in the story is solely for the story's sake. I have never met her or anything. I'd like to assume she's nothing like this in real life.
