Ch. 8
I couldnt believe it. Stephen told me he loved me. I stood on the porch,my hair a mess,my eyes puffy from crying,with a big smile on my face. He walked back to the porch,hugging me.
"I hope we can stay together for a long time" he said,holding me.
I realized that Jordan never told me he loved me. I mean,he said "love you casey" but never actually meant it. Stephen meant it. I knew it. Stephen picked up my phone from the steps and dialed Jordans number. He put it on speaker when he heard ringing. Jordan answered,but it sounded like he was at a party.
"Hello?" I could barely hear him because of the loud music in the backgroud
"Hey. Its Caseys new boyfriend" Stephen said,laughing
"New.....boyfriend?"
"Yeah. And you know what? Fuck you." I said,smiling
"Wha-" Jordan sounded confused
"Bye Jordan. Have a nice life" i said,laughing
Stephen hung up,a big smile on his face. Finally,I could focus on my relationship with him. Before,I always had to worry about Jordan and texting him every little thing. I felt like a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders.
