Sparks Fly

Violette de Champs has been locked up in prison for the past six years and slowly but surely has become a broken down old woman at the age of seventeen. Locked up by her husband's father, Francisco, after gaining both her father and husband's consent to put her there because they had no use of a girl who suffered from voices and hallucinations.
Finally after all this time Francisco has a use for his daughter-in-law by placing her in court where she then becomes a close friend to Queen Isobelle who relies on Violette's gift to help her understand what is to come. While in service as a lady-in-waiting to the queen Violette meets a man who may hold the key to the one future that is blocked from Violette- her own.
