Back to the Start

it's rachael's version of garrett getting punched by the sleazebag, with the things that the sleazebag was saying to rachael, along the lines of, "i can show you a good time" and "let's get out of here" and her resisting, and kind of being scared at what he's going to do when he starts to get physical with her. but then GARY comes to the rescue! :D but then...he gets punched. and blacks out. she's freaking out. she feels terrible. she really feels guilty that she went into the club and let gary take care of everything after a plane ride and whatnot. she finally lets him drive when he promises to go to the hospital the next day, but she still feels like shit. (and also, because everyone else is drunk, they obviously can't drive!!)

sam and rach are still chilling with the guys. they know that there's only a little bit of summer left, and they have no clue what the plan is after the summer, now that they've both graduated ASU. rach and gare have plans to hang out after band practice. they go to starbucks, but garrett's being douchey, and rach doesn't want to put up with it. she knows that he and falyn are fighting again, but she doesnt know why. she tells garrett that's she's going to go inside and get her order, and that he can either leave or get rid of his pissiness. she expects him to leave, so she buys pat something too, and plans on texting him to pick her up. but when she gets outside, to her surprise, garrett is still there and he's apologizing and asks if they could talk at the park, because that's kind of their thing. she gives pat's drink to him, because they like the same things. and they go and talk. and...this should be good enough so that you know what's going on in the next chapter. ^.^
