Found and Nearly Dead
Chapter 5 (found & nearly dead)
“Sam its Karen!” I shouted falling on my knees next to her.
“It’s ok Kaz I’m here now” I whispered to her,
As I picked her up her arm moved towards her shoulder but soon went back to hang back down, so I knew that she was still alive well nearly dead to be persisted as I came to the exit of the cave there was a rope with a harness so I put Karen into it and as it was pulled back to the top of the cliff I heard Sam’s voice
“Oh my god, she is really in bad shape” He said Very worried
“Well Hello I am Still down here!” I shouted up towards them which at the same time the rope and harness were lowered back to me.
As I Got back to the top I had noticed that Sam was going to pick Karen up
“Sam, should I carry her, your arm is still painful?” I asked
“Ok Jared will you be ok?” He asked back
“Yeah, you and Quil go and tell Amy I will walk back” I said picking Karen up at the same time Sam and Quil ran off.
Two minutes later Karen moved her arm again towards her shoulder and opened her eyes which where big with fear so i tried to talk to her to say that everything is ok.
“It’s ok Kaz it’s me Jared” I whispered quietly
“Thanks” she said with difficulty, then her arm went floppy which this time someone caught it,
"is she ok?" asked sam with worry in his eyes
"shes fine just in and out of sleep should i say" i said to keep sam calm and to help him to stay strong.
As we got her into the house amy and hannah both ran up to me and said
"Take her to her bed" they both said at the same time
it has now been two weeks when we got her in the house and still no change only having two operations on her shoulder which she is going to be mad about.
Karen’s point of view
As I woke up but I didn’t open my eyes as I heard a voice which I recognised,
“…will survive” said Amy with a worried tone in her voice after that there was another voice which I recognised straight away,
“Hope she does, Embry did a lot of damage to her” said Sam a bit worried
Just after he said damage I opened my eyes.
