I go back up to my room. Put on shorts and a t-shirt. Don't look at my thunder thighs. Do crunches until I'm about to collapse. Change back into jeans. Go downstairs. Fidget while I wait for Dad to drive me to school. Fidgeting can burn off 600 to 800 calories per day.
