Brand New Day

It's been three years since that incident happen. Three years since Dr. Horrible's attempt to kill Captain Hammer but it failed and Penny died instead. He got what he always wanted for years: A spot in the Evil League of Evil. He swore to himself that he won't feel a thing anymore; no guilt, remorse, happiness, anything. And he's fine...at least he keeps telling himself.

When coming back from a heist, he runs into a man with a blue box and Billy's life is turned around but he fights. He doesn't want this to happen. He doesn't want to get attached or fall for anyone again because of what happened to Penny. But how long can an evil genius fight off the fact that The Doctor is making him a better man?
