Theophany

World War V was another nuclear war between the four great nations. This left the human population ravaged and the world was thrown into an unquenchable chaos. Organizations and petty gangs are formed, both as a way of protection and survival. Radiation gives rise to new creatures and kills off those unable to adapt. Killings are common, raiding and pillaging even more, and most of the remaining population is devoid of the age-old idea of humanity. This is a collection of stories about the people who live in this world and their struggles to not just survive, but retain their sense of what it means to be human.
