A young girl begins to notice some of her new oddities after her sixteenth birthday. She has a distinct craving for meat, although she's never liked it before, at night she can barely contain herself to her room because of a desire to run rampant through the forest and the need to chase bunny rabbits was driving her crazy. Around the same time people began to show up dead, seemingly victims of a rogue wolf that had developed a taste for blood. Can Faye figure out what's going on and help save the villages of Gevaudan.
NOTE: In this story I refer to Gevaudan as a village, although in reality it was a province in France during the 1700s.
