***Next Day***

I just woke up and now I was taking Saphire and TJ to a cookout at my moms.

TJ

"Can yall hurry up I'm starving!!"

"You always hungry Saphy!"

I laughed as Saphire smacked TJ in the back of the head.

We locked up the house and left.

"Did GeeGee make her macaroni and cheese?"

"She always does."

I laughed as Saphire and TJ rubbed their stomachs. Troy had to go into the office last minute. He was a divorce lawyer.

We pulled up to my moms and walked to the back.

"Mommy!"

"Drew! Saphy! TJ!"

We all hugged my mom at the same time.

We pulled away and Saphire went to go find Kyle. TJ went to go find Mika and Alex.

Turn around ma. -Aub

I turned and saw Drake, Jermaine, Miss. Kay, Charles, Crystal, and Kris all sitting at a table.

I walked over and gave Charles, Crystal, and Kris a hug before sitting down next to Drake.

"Drew hunny how've you been?!!"

"Good! I'm expanding the store next month. I'm really excited."

Miss. Kay smiled at me.

"That's really good."

I nodded and Drake put his hand on my thigh.

"Wassup ma?"

"Hey."

I took off my jacket and pulled out my phone.

A couple minutes later he brought me my food with Alex trailing behind him.

"Hey AlliBoo!"

"Hey Auntie DrewBoo!"

She gave me a hug and kissed my cheek.

When she saw TJ walking away she hopped off of me and ran after him.

I looked at my plate and saw Mac and Cheese, Fish, Chicken, Salad, and Meatballs.

The whole time I was eating Drake's hand never left my thigh.

"Touch my food and die.."

Kris pulled her fork back.

"Rude! I'm tell mama!"

"Tell her and imma tell her bout ya photoshoot!"

"You wouldn't.."

She gave me a death glare and I returned it.

"Try me."

"Heffa."

I blew her a kiss and pushed my half empty plate towards her.

"I'm full."

Drake grabbed my hand and lead me to a little tent that was empty.

"Wassup Aub?"

"I'm tryin to figure out wassup with you?"

"What?"

"I want to get to know you ma. Tell me about yourself."

"Like.?"

"Favorite color?"

"Sapphire."

"Tell me about your family."

"I'm the youngest of 7. Dre is 47, Kyle is 46, Sera is 44, Kris and Crystal are 39, Blake is 33, and I'm 29. My dad died when I was ten. My mom raised us. We're Cuban, Black, and Mexican. I had Saphire when I was 16, me and her fathers past is complicated but we're good now. Uhm..That's all I got."

"Ok. What about you?"

"I'm 5'2". I have a store called Captive Illusions. I graduated from USC. I'm closet with my brother Blake and my sister Crystal. I'm a girl with a pretty smile and fucked up past. I love my family. Uh-"

"Ma wheres ya purse?"

"Boy say excuse me!"

He sucked his teeth.

"Excuse me."

"It's next to Kris. Why?"

"I need some money cause Alex wants ice cream from the store around the corner."

"Ok. Take Saphire with you. And I know how much money I have in there TJ."

He rolled his eyes and smiled.

"Yeah you cute but not that cute!"

He walked off after giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Bye ma."

"You're a interesting girl"

I laughed and put my hair up.

"You have no idea."

"But I know you have secrets."

I just looked at him and I could feel my gaurd going back up.

He got closer to my face and I could feel his breath on my face.

"And I plan on learning everyone."

He gave me a light kiss and I smiled.

I'm starting to feel something for Drew.

The way she is completely open one minute but if you say or ask the wrong thing she just closes up. She's a mystery girl and I want to solve her.

"Excuse me Mr. Grahm but I need to talk to my mommy."

"Call me Drake."

Saphire sat down and They started talking in hushed tones.

"I thought you went to the store with TJ and Alex?"

"Ma it was right around the corner."

She sighed and crossed her legs.

"Wassup?"

"Jermaine is wassup."

She tensed up.

"What now?"

He's talking to Auntie Sera and Autie Mika about how he wants me and you to be his family. I don't want him to hurt us again ma."

She grabbed me in a hug as a tear fell.

"Saphy. No one. Will hurt you again. I make no promises for me because I don't always make good decisions for myself but you will always be safe."

I nodded and gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"Can we go home?"

"Yeah. Lemme wrap this up and we'll leave. Go tell TJ."

I got up and began walking away.

"Bye Phi."

I looked back giving Drake a small smile.

"Bye Brey."

I have a feeling he would bring my mom happiness again.

"Well I gotta take my babies home."

I stood up and he followed suit.

He scratches the back of his neck like he was nervous.

"Well uhm I was wondering if you wanted to hang later but you know. You got family priorities and such so I'll let you handel your motherly-"

"I'll text you my adress and maybe all of us could stay in and watch a movie or something fun like that."

"Yeah. I would love that."

A big smile broke out on my face as I nodded.

He pulled me towards him and pecked my lips.

"See ya later"

I waved before grabbing my stuff an heading to the car where Saphire and TJ were waiting.
