Lunch Dates

"I can't believe that you're turning 18 in five days time." Liam smiled.
"From now on I won't be breaking the law when I get drunk!" I exclaimed, half joking and half serious. Liam rolled his eyes, clearly exasperated. I'd been talking about this non-stop ever since I'd turned seventeen.

"Anyway, Danielle, the boys and I are going to take you out." Liam told me. "Where do you want to go?" He asked, sipping his drink.

We were sitting in a large restaurant in North London, and I was planning on telling Liam that he could stop his little hate campaign against Louis, because I'd told him what had happened and he had apologized for everything that he'd said.

"I dunno, I mean, most people would probably go to a club, but I'm not sure I'm ready to go back to that kind of place. Maybe we should just go to dinner." I suggested to an eager Liam. He was nodding happily, clearly happy with the fact that he'd be able to keep an eye on me.
"Anyway, what I've been meaning to tell you is that, the other night when you were out, I started panicking and went to Harry's flat. I was crying, so he made me tell him what happened, and let me stay over." I paused for a second, watching as Liam raised his eyebrows.

"Mill, you know what Harry's like. I know that-" he began, before I interrupted.
"Ew! Liam, it was so not like that!" I exclaimed, before continuing. "So the next morning, I went back to the flat and there were police officers outside. They said that they'd found Matt and he'd admitted to it, so he's in custody now." I told Liam happily. Liam's face broke out in a smile and he reached out to hug me.

"Millie, that's the best news I've ever heard in my life. Why didn't you tell me yesterday?" he asked once I'd finished hugging him across the table.
"Well, you were out all day with Dani, and I wanted to tell you in person." I said, and Liam frowned, ready to apologize, but I put my hand up to stop him. "Ssh, I have more great news! So I spoke to Louis yesterday." I began, but Liam's face had already clouded over. I ignored it for a second to continue speaking.

"And I told him what happened in Barcelona, and he said he's really sorry, so we're friends again." I explained, but Liam still looked slightly annoyed.
"And because I'm happy with him, so you can stop getting pissy every time his name is brought up in conversation." I huffed. Liam smirked.
"Sorry, I'll apologize to him. Even though he was a prick." he added. I just rolled my eyes at how immature he was.

"Em?" I called out when I walked into her flat. She'd given me a key when I'd first arrived in London, so that I could let myself in whenever I wanted because I was "sure to get sick of the boys". She was right, to a point. After I'd told Liam about what had happened with Liam, I'd spent the night with all of the boys, and grown slightly bored of them (well, mainly Harry) telling stories of the girls he'd slept with, as the rest of them clapped him on the back.

A minute later Emma appeared round the corner, wearing a smile on her face.
"What's up, my favourite bitch?" she asked as she walked over.
"Oh, Em. Please don't try to talk street. It really doesn't work." I told her. She frowned, but I carried on. "I'm so bored of spending all my time with boys. They don't want to talk about Jennifer Lawrence's hair with me, and Niall is the only one that agrees to wearing a face mask." I told her.

Emma gave me a 'What the fuck?' look, before smiling.
"Don't worry, I'm coming to your birthday dinner with the guys, so you won't be bored to death." she smirked. I grinned, jumping onto her sofa jubilantly.
"Now all the boys will get to meet you!" I exclaimed.

Now I couldn't wait...
